Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to Business Systems Diagnostics, consulting, analysis, strategy, and other professional services purchased from J.I. Systems.
1. Refund Eligibility
A customer may request a full refund before an appointment is scheduled or within twenty-four (24) hours after purchase, whichever occurs first, provided J.I. Systems has not begun substantive preparation or service delivery.
Once J.I. Systems begins document review, research, analysis, consultation, configuration, reporting, or other substantive work, the payment becomes non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellations
A scheduled appointment may be rescheduled one time without additional charge when the customer provides at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice. A cancellation or rescheduling request received less than twenty-four (24) hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the payment.
3. Cancellation by J.I. Systems
If J.I. Systems must cancel a purchased service and cannot provide a mutually acceptable replacement date, the customer may choose a full refund or a credit toward a future service.
4. How to Request a Refund
Submit requests to info@jisystems.net. Include the purchaser's name, email address, purchase date, service purchased, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times are controlled by the customer's financial institution.
5. Chargebacks and Good-Faith Resolution
Customers agree to contact J.I. Systems first and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve a billing concern before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
6. Applicable Law
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable law. J.I. Systems will honor the refund and cancellation terms published at the time of purchase.
